Conclave — in-browser demo

Run a dry deliberation, no install.

A small Python runtime loads in the tab below (via Pyodide). We install a stripped-down build of Conclave in it, then run ConclaveBus against one of the built-in org templates. Zero API key, zero backend — the same DryRunClient that powers the Python CLI's --dry-run.
